If you are not taking any other treatment, yes, absolutely. Ketorolac is an anti-inflammatory and therefore of the same family as Advil (ibuprofen) or Aleve (naproxen), so you can't combine them with these products. But acetaminophen (Tylenol) is different and independent, so you can take it, especially for dental pain that is often difficult to manage. Do not exceed the maximum dose, i.e. 1 g (2 tablets of 500 mg) four times a day (not every 4 hours) and this even if you have a strong stature: beyond this dose the product becomes toxic for the liver.
