Is the contraceptive patch effective during unprotected sex?

Hello, I had sex yesterday and there is a small moment about 15sec unprotected (penetration vagina penis) but I take the contraceptive patch and I wondered if I should be afraid to get pregnant. If so what should I do? Should I be afraid of getting pregnant? And should I be worried?

If you have been wearing the patch for more than 7 days and have not missed any, it is still effective in preventing pregnancy :)
