For about a week I have had pain in my left calf. When I do circles with my ankle too. It's a constant pain, a bit like a burning pain I think.

Hello ma'am,
In your opinion, could there be other possible causes for these symptoms, such as a repeated movement, a particular exercise, a false movement or a certain posture, or other?

I started walking again and my ankle is sensitive due to several breaks. When I move my ankle it pulls in my calf

This could be a plausible explanation. If, however, the pain persists, or you notice swelling, redness or any other new symptom in the calf/knee, consult a doctor as a precaution.

Is it better to put hot or cold?

For a new pain of this type I recommend applying ice in a wet towel for 15 minutes at a time, as often as desired during the day.

It's like a cramp/spasm that I have in my leg

Keep an eye on the situation, it should not get worse unless you continue the activity that may have triggered the pain.

Hello, I am following up with you, the pain is not worse. I have a question, at night the pain is really less bad and during the day it varies, I imagine that if it was a phlebitis the pain would be constant? The pain varies from different places in my leg, sometimes in the calf on the left

Difficult to establish exactly. Is the pain more pronounced during activity? As discussed at the beginning of this conversation, wouldn't it be secondary to walking again?
