Hello, since I washed my penis with hand soap, I noticed small red pimples. I usually wash with shower gel, but I wasn't able to wash for 2 days and I thought it was better than nothing. However, now I have this and it's stressing me out a bit, I'm planning on going to the doctor tomorrow but I was wondering if it's serious. I have a girlfriend too, but I really feel like it's because of the soap. Is this possible and should I be worried?
