I have little red pimples on my buttocks. They are not acne pimples. What should I do?

Hello,
In order to help you better, I would need more information about the situation;
How long have they been present?
How extensive are we talking about;
Do you have itching?
Do you have any signs of infection (redness, swelling, purulent discharge, fever, etc.)?
Do you have any dermatological problems?
Do you use any new detergents, apply scented creams, use scented skin soap, or take any new medications?
Did you do any activities/wear any laundry that would have created moisture or friction to that area?
I look forward to hearing from you.

They are small red pimples that have been present for over 2 weeks or so. No itching whatsoever. The moisturizers I use are unscented and from natural brands. I have not changed laundry detergent. i don't understand

Thank you!
Could it be that you wore pants that don't "breathe" as well? Or that got soaked during wear?

It can be! What do I do to fix this?

For now, the best thing is to not apply anything to the skin and wear clothes that "breathe" as much as possible. If in 3 days the pimples are still as present, come back to me!
