I have a small vaginal lesion (at the entrance of the vagina). It is uncomfortable and bleeds slightly. What cream can I use?

Hello Madam, The best thing to do would be to just keep the area with clear water and lightly tap to remove the excess water, then wear loose cotton underwear.

Do you know the cause of the lesion (shaving, sexual intercourse or other)?

Do you have any other symptoms such as discharge or unusual odor, pain or itching?

For vaginal dryness, a moisturizer like Replens or Gynatrof can be tried, as well as a lubricant during sex like KY.

I also believe that you should let the lesion heal before having sex again to give yourself the best chance.

If the problem persists, you will need to see a doctor so as not to delay effective management of the situation.
