Hello,
In order to answer, I would need a little more information. Since when did you notice this bump? Is there a particular color? Is the pain and size increasing, stable or decreasing? Is there any redness, heat, swelling or purulent discharge? Do you have them on other parts of the body? Have you noticed acne pimples elsewhere on the body?
Sincerely,

Hello! It's been about 2 weeks. The size varies depending on my activities, bigger after a workout and smaller at rest after several days. The pain increases as the lump gets bigger. It really hurts when I touch it, if I don't touch it I don't feel it, but often my clothes brush against it. It's a little red, no discharge and I don't have any elsewhere

It is difficult to be sure without seeing it visually, but it could be a sebaceous cyst, caused by an accumulation of sebum. During training sessions, it is possible that the friction and movement causes pain and some swelling. This is a benign problem that does not necessarily require treatment. However, if it is bothering you during your activities, it is possible to have it removed by a doctor. It is important not to try to pierce it yourself to avoid the risk of infection and recurrence. If there is redness, heat, swelling and increased pain, there may be an infection and you should apply an antibiotic ointment available in pharmacies. Although we cannot make a diagnosis, I suggest that you come to the pharmacy with a picture so that I can better evaluate it.
Do not hesitate if you have any other questions,
