My baby has a rash and sticky eyes?

Hello my 2 month old baby had redness in his right eye and discharge so the pharmacist gave me sterisporin and a few days later it went down but the discharge started again... He still has sticky eyes..but he doesn't have the redness he used to have... No, he has no other symptoms and when he is awake the discharge is clear.

Hello Mrs, Would it be possible to know if your baby has other symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, even a little? Is the discharge during waking hours light or dark? Thank you for your help! Thank you very much for the information! In the vast majority of cases, these symptoms are viral in origin (like a cold in the eye) and disappear on their own. You can continue with the mentioned product but I do not recommend it. When you wake up, simply clean the accumulations with a clean wet towel. Do not share or reuse this towel as it is potentially contagious. If it continues for more than 5 days without improvement or gets worse, seek medical attention.
