I have a little sore throat, pain under my left ear and secretions. What can I do?

I have a little sore throat and pain under my left ear since yesterday. I also have secretions, not a lot of stuffy nose, but when I blow my nose it comes from behind my ears/throat. Last night I took an ADVIL night for the flu. This morning I took a daytime Tylenol flu, NeilMed nasal spray, followed by the Avamys spray I had left after a sinusitis done at the beginning of January.

Hello ma'am, you seem to already be doing what is recommended, including the nasal douche which I suggest as often as necessary and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Do NOT combine Tylenol flu and Advil flu. Drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot as you prefer. If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a physician.
