Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles! It is impossible to determine the source of your symptoms. That being said, the treatment should focus on the symptoms. For cold symptoms I encourage you to perform nasal hygiene as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. For the rash, a fragrance-free cream such as Aveeno can also be applied as often as desired and after each time you wash your hands If the symptoms persist for more than a week or get worse, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
