It is difficult to establish the exact cause of these pimples considering that many childhood illnesses also have these symptoms.

The important thing is to monitor your general condition and treat the symptoms. I suggest applying a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal, Cerave or other, as often as necessary during the day, and whenever there is itching, if any.

If the situation persists for more than 10 days without improvement or if other symptoms occur, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
