Can Canesten cause losses?

Hello I have the canesten internal cream treatment for 6 days but I have pink discharge and even seem to have a little blood? But my week was over a few days ago so I'm wondering if this is normal. And I would like to know if my partner can catch my yeast infection and give it back to me when we see each other because it's the 2nd time I have it in 3 months. I also have another question about this, I am on the 4th day of treatment but nothing seems to have changed is this normal?
