Is white milk-like discharge and tingling in the vagina normal?

21-year-old womana year ago
Hello, I have been taking medication for chlamydia for a little over a week and for the last 2-3 days I have had white discharge like milk and tingling in my vagina. Should I make an appointment with the doctor?

Thanks for the feedback.
Given your symptoms and that this is the first time, it is usually recommended to consult a doctor to rule out other causes.
You can try a treatment for yeast vaginitis in a pharmacy, your pharmacist will be able to tell you which one according to the inventory and your preferences, but you should not delay the medical consultation if it persists after 3 days of treatment.
I hope I have been helpful to you, I remain available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
