Indeed, this is a frequent side effect of trintellix, but it is usually temporary

However, if it is intolerable for you, I invite you to contact your pharmacist who can suggest a decrease in dose, even if temporary, to help you better tolerate the medication.

Yes, we give ourselves a maximum of 2 weeks, because if it starts to impinge on our quality of life, we won't be any further ahead!

I don't know if it will last forever if the nausea lasts more than 2 weeks, but 2 weeks of nausea is enough to consider alternatives, including a decrease in dose.
