What do you think of GENACOL OPTIMUM to try to slow down osteoarthritis in a knee?

Hello Ma'am,
Genacol™ will not be able to slow down osteoarthritis, as it is already present in the joint. That said, some people see a significant improvement in their symptoms after 2-3 weeks of taking it daily.
So in your case, we might try it for 2-3 weeks to see if your pain decreases. If it does and your blood sugars haven't gone up, then we can continue taking it. Otherwise, we'll stop taking it right away.

Is there any way to slow down osteoarthritis; I wouldn't want to go to surgery?

Some intra-articular injections can decrease pain and may be of interest in your case. I encourage you to discuss this with your doctor. Before surgery, we try this type of injection :)
