Do you think it could be something other than roseola? And what should I do? Thank you

Since 4-5 days baby of 9 months 1/2, more irritation, shows fatigue often during the day and from 17h in the evening, a lot of crying. Since yesterday morning, small red patches on the chest, back, stomach and neck. I didn't take his temperature in the last 4-5 days but this morning afebrile. Doesn't scratch, except a little bit on the ears. I think it looks like roseola. She has not been in contact with any other baby. I don't understand how she could have caught it.

Good morning, ma'am,
How is your child's general condition? Is she feeding, wetting and soiling her diaper?

She is feeding well, but less than usual. For the diapers everything is normal. She is more tired than usual. (Everything is back to normal since yesterday)

Thanks for the information!
The most important thing is her general condition. If she generally looks good, feeds, wets and soils her diaper, just monitor the situation and apply a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno, Base Glaxal, Cerave or whatever, as often as needed during the day. In the vast majority of cases, this will resolve itself.
If the situation persists for more than 10 days without improvement or if it gets worse, I suggest consulting a doctor, purely as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful to you, I remain available if you have any other questions
