I have a sore throat and a sore heart?

It is possible that the sore throat is due to another cause. If you don't have a fever, wait 5 to 7 days, most of the time it will go away by itself. If it persists longer, or if your condition deteriorates, you will need to see a doctor again.

I suggest you hydrate a lot, and take acetaminophen (Tylenol or other companies) if you have no contraindication, for the time being.
