Contraceptive use and breast pain?

Hello I am taking the contraceptive pill since November following a bariatric surgery. After a loss of 76 pounds this month if I forget I took off my pill 9 days after stopping (2 days late) For 10 days I have had extremely sensitive nipples for 3 days with lower abdominal pain, I don't know what to think about it, I'd like to know the risk of fat I also find the breast pain strange. Thank you for your question! These symptoms can occur when you forget to take the pill. It often goes away on its own.
