I think I suffer from xerostomia (dry mouth, difficulty swallowing and other inconveniences due to a lack of saliva). What should I do?

Hello Sir,
In such a case, one usually tries a medication that contains Xylitol and is available without a prescription at the pharmacy. It is found in "spray" or lozenge form. These medications allow you to produce more saliva for a few hours after use.
I recommend that you give it a try for 2 to 3 weeks. If it's not enough after that, a dentist will be consulted who can then prescribe a slightly more targeted product depending on the cause of your situation.
Happy day!
