I think I have a sprained ankle, what should I do? It has been swollen for two days and I have difficulty walking.

Good evening ma'am,
In the case of a sprain or strain, it is best to try to immobilize the ankle for a few days, limit the weight you apply to it, and soften the joint with the application of heat (since it has been more than 2 days since the sprain seems to have occurred).
You could also get Voltaren™ Emulgel cream from a pharmacy to apply to the ankle twice a day (be careful not to apply heat within an hour of application).
If nothing seems to improve in 7 to 10 days, you will need to see a doctor.
Prompt recovery!
