Good evening Ma'am,
If this itching is present all over your body, yes, it is best to seek medical attention. During pregnancy, sometimes this itching can come from fluid locking up in the liver, also known as gestational cholestasis. This condition sometimes causes jaundice, but in some cases you don't see much of this discoloration of the skin and whites of the eyes.
Bref, since this condition can create a risk to the baby, it's best to see a doctor if your entire skin stings. If it is only sections of your skin, I would advise you to go to a pharmacist and show your skin to a pharmacist so that they can direct you to the right product based on their analysis.
Happy day,
