The swelling seems to be diminished but still present. it seems to me that I see a small stye-like pimple in the middle of the eyelid ... we put warm water compresses on. No fever or change in her general condition

Continue to apply warm water washcloths, very good idea.
No need to use Tylenol or Tempra at this time.
If in 5-6 days there is still a "little something", or it seems to be getting worse by then, see an optometrist or doctor.
