In fact, in addition to the COVID test, you could start by giving him Tylenol every 4 hours for the fever (or Advil every 6 hours - so whatever you have at home).

However, if the fever lasts more than 2 to 3 days, you should consult a doctor. Also, depending on his general condition: if he is vomiting, if he is unable to eat or drink, if he seems very weak.
