Do I go through a doctor or a hypnotherapist to do desensitization for my allergies.

I have a lot of allergies (animals, polene, hay, dust) my symptoms are itchy eyes, itchy throat, runny eyes, runny nose... I have tried all the over the counter medications, nothing works and they are expensive... I had reactin prescribed at 20mg. It worked well, but I got used to it and it doesn't work anymore. I had the drug Montelukas. Wonderful, but my body is still used to it and it doesn't work anymore. Rupall does not work. In short I am desperate. I was approached by a hypnotherapist to do desensitization. She charges $90 a session. What I wanted to know is if this is reliable, or am I better off going to a real doctor! In your situation, I strongly advise you to discuss it with your doctor. Your doctor can refer you to an allergist who can then prescribe a desensitization treatment for the allergies you listed in your question. I have several patients who follow their desensitization treatments with me and they are very satisfied. As for hypnotherapy, unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence that would allow me to recommend this solution It's a pleasure
