We are going to Mexico on February 2nd. Do we need to have any vaccines?

Yes, before leaving for Mexico, you should be sure that all travelers are up to date on their vaccination records and that you have received a vaccine against measles, hepatitis A and B and possibly rabies if you are likely to be in contact with free-ranging animals (as suggested by Health Canada: https://voyage.gc.ca/destinations/mexico).
