When you get a viral pharyngitis/tonsillitis, the infection gives you a certain immunity for several weeks, so you can't get exactly the same type of virus. In the case of a bacterial infection, it is possible to catch the same infection again, because you do not develop immunity.
Note that pharyngitis is transmitted when our face is in contact with secretions from the throat and nose in a direct way (e.g. coughing, kissing) or indirectly (e.g. touching contaminated surfaces like a handkerchief). So, theoretically, a blowjob does not transmit the infection, unless the person touches the intimate parts of your secretions and touches his face.
