Hello, ma'am,
Is it every time you have intercourse or does it depend on the duration or intensity of your intercourse? Is it with a condom, with a lubricant (if so, which ones)?
Is the bleeding and cramping persistent or temporary?

Hello,
The bleeding is not always there, but the last time I had heavy bleeding during sex. No condom is used. And the bleeding lasts for about 1 day (spotting). The cramps last about 2 hours. Could this have anything to do with the intensity or the fact that I have had endometriosis?

Thanks for the feedback.
The intensity and duration of intercourse can indeed contribute to irritation, in addition to the composition and pH of your partner's semen.
Having said that, endometriosis can also cause unusual bleeding and pain.
Whatever the cause, as long as it is mild and temporary, I suggest only that you monitor the pain and bleeding. If they become more frequent or worsen, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
