Can sharing a razor transmit HIV or other STIs as well?

We don't recommend sharing razors. However, I was wondering if there are risks of other itss or it's more for cuts and blood so hiv. Technically chlamydia and gonorrhea cannot "live" on the razor? But not the cuts that could transmit hiv? Thank you! What about other itss like chlamydia can it be transmitted by sharing a razor? Technically no since the bacteria is found more in the vaginal fluid and there is clearly no fluid on the razor?
