Good morning, ma'am, Does your child have a fever right now ? If so, for how many days? Thanks for the feedback. Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra and other brands) is the best solution for fever. I strongly encourage nasal hygiene with saline solution and a baby wipe as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before naps.
