Hello Ma'am,
First of all, I would like to know your blood pressure data and how did you take your pressure (home machine or pharmacy?, what type of machine?). Also, I think it would be in your best interest to make an appointment with your doctor or cardiologist to discuss the origin of his palpitations as it has been almost 72 hours in a row that you have been experiencing his symptoms.

Today I don't feel a palpitation anymore. My machine is a machine bought at Costco but I can't remember the name 🙊
my blood pressure was 120/60

Based on the data you gave me, your blood pressure seems to be under control. If you ever experience those palpitations again, I would advise you to make an appointment with your doctor. In the meantime, stay alert to your palpitation symptoms.
Happy day,
