I forgot to take my Sertraline for 4 days. What should I do?

I have been very sick since last Monday (strep throat). As I was continuously lying down, I forgot to take my Sertraline for 4 days (75mg) as well as my Vyvanse (40mg) I wanted to eventually decrease my dose of sertraline. What should I do? Start again gradually? Stop? I am starting to feel dizzy (I don't know if this is caused by withdrawal)

Hello,
Since you only forgot your sertraline dose 4 days ago and you are not taking a high dose, you can resume the 75mg medication without any problem. This is the same for Vyvanse.
As for the dizziness, this can be caused by the sudden stop of the sertraline, but it can also be caused by the strep infection especially if you have not eaten or hydrated much.
