Good evening ma'am,
No, the use of decongestants while breastfeeding is not recommended as it could decrease the amount of milk you produce.
In your situation, the best thing to do is to use Flonase™, a mild cortisone spray that can be found without a prescription behind the pharmacist's counter.
If you suffer from (seasonal) allergies, using Claritin™ or Aerius™ might also help!
