He took it 3 months ago for otitis-pneumonia without any reaction. Should I stop the treatment?

My 2 year old son has been taking antibiotics (amoxicilin) for an ear infection for 24 hours and he has red patches on his face

Good evening!
Since your son had his first exposure to amoxicillin 3 months ago, it is possible that he will have an allergic reaction with his second exposure.
I would recommend that you contact your pharmacist, who could evaluate the situation with you and contact the attending physician to change the antibiotic if necessary.
If your child has respiratory symptoms (difficulty breathing, wheezing, swollen lips or tongue, etc.) you should go to the emergency room immediately.
If your child does not have respiratory symptoms, you could try Benadryl or Reactin Suspension for Children, if your child has no known allergies or other health problems and is not taking any other medications
I hope this is helpful to you,
Marie-Laurence Gauthier, pharmacist.

Everything is fine except for the red patches on her cheeks, I gave her Benadryl last night, I will contact the pharmacist today.
Should I give him the morning dose anyway?

No, I would wait for the advice of your pharmacist.
