Hello, I started a cold last week, I had a sore throat, I coughed and blew my nose. I have an unclogged nose, except that since yesterday morning, I have both ears blocked and there is yellow liquid flowing from my nose. Other information, I hear less, I hear ringing and my heartbeat in my ears. It pulls me a lot, when I pass my hand on my cheeks in front of my ears to massage, it is painful I took some sinus cold medicine for two days. And some Tylenol, because I had a headache

Hello, Madam, Would it be possible to know if you are currently taking any medication, and what products you have taken for your cold symptoms? Thanks for the feedback! If your ears are not completely blocked, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders to relieve the feeling of pressure, the runny nose and the discharge in the throat that often causes coughing. I also suggest drinking lots of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference. I invite you to try these measures. If the ears are completely blocked for several days or if the situation persists for more than a week without improvement, I advise you to consult a doctor, as a precaution.
