You have done well with nasal hygiene, it is the first line of treatment. However, the presence of discharge from the ear is beyond what can be addressed without a medical evaluation. You will need to see a doctor to assess your situation and, if necessary, not delay the right treatment
In the meantime, you can continue nasal hygiene, and give Tylenol or Tempra for pain if needed.
