Hello, menstrual cycle debilitation is indeed a possible side effect. Depending on the manufacturing company, the woman may experience a decrease in menstrual flow to no period at all. However, fertility would not be diminished. The menstrual period is therefore no longer as reliable for detecting the absence of pregnancy. Note that according to the manufacturer's studies, the majority of women would have reported menstruating within one month of completing treatment with ORILISSA.
