I had a stye on my eye more than 5-6 months ago, but the bump stayed and won't go away. What should I do?

Is there anything to do with this other than put hot water compresses on it because clearly it doesn't work

Hello Ma'am,

When the stye is relatively large, it may leave a scar like the one you describe. Applying warm compresses will not make this bump go away. Just stop the compresses and let time do its work (the bump will diminish on its own with time and become less red).
