Does Concerta have to be restarted gradually after 6 months without it?

Hi, I started on Concerta last year with a small dose which was gradually increased to 54mg. I haven't taken it for 6 months can I use my remaining 54mg tablets?

Hello!

It shouldn't be started at 54 mg. Please contact your pharmacist to discuss how re-starting it at a lower dose might be achieved.
