What are the options available to her to solve this problem?

Hello, I am writing to you because the medication my spouse is taking is completely cutting off her libido. She has been taking 150MG of Venlafaxine at breakfast for more than 3 years because of her BPD which has put her in a depressive state. She also takes 50MG of Quetiapine before bed for her anxiety. She wants to know what her options are for dealing with her libido problem which is causing trouble in our relationship. She wanted to start withdrawing from her antidepressants since she hasn't had a depressive episode in a long time.
