Is it normal to feel ganglions without being sick all the time?

My daughter is 16 months old and I feel her lymph nodes in her neck since 6 months, on both sides and they are less than 1 cm big and they are mobile. They are always present

Good morning, ma'am,
Mild to moderate swelling can be felt without it being a sign of a problem. Their appearance can also become more pronounced in younger people; this is normal. This can also occur as a result of vaccination.
The important thing is not to massage/touch the area repeatedly as this may cause the swelling to persist or get worse. That being said, I suggest discussing this with her pediatrician at her next appointment, if only as a precaution.
In the meantime, I will be available if you have any further questions!
