Good evening ma'am,
It may be caused by a disruption of the bacteria on the skin there (skin microbiota).
Do you know what might be disrupting the bacteria there as a result?

Do you shave just one?

No, both!

In such a case, it would be surprising if shaving was related to the odor, present only in one armpit.
To put it all back together, one would have to put a cloth pad under the armpit that doesn't have an unpleasant odor for several hours (e.g., at bedtime), and then immediately apply it under the other armpit for several hours. You should also avoid washing the smelly armpit more, which we tend to do, to facilitate the return of good bacteria.
Also, what anti-sweat product do you use?

I use oldspice pure sport antiperspirant for men it was the only one that works relatively better than the others! Otherwise I do Drysol once in a while but it burns my armpits it's not too long!
for the tissue pad I don't quite get it I think!? What's the point of doing this?

This serves to transport bacteria from one armpit to the other, considering that one of the possible explanations for your symptoms and a change to the "kind of bacteria" (skin microbiota) that is found in the armpit that gives off the odor.

Ahh I understand! And if it's caused by bacteria, what would be possible solutions to help with that?

Not by bacteria, but rather by an imbalance of good bacteria. Our beautiful is home to billions of bacteria, their balance is important for health. My hypothesis is that your symptoms are related to the absence of some good bacteria on the armpit. This is why we will try to "transport" these from the other armpit.
