I'm going to go for a consultation but in the meantime I'm on the verge of a panic attack...

I started having these symptoms after unprotected sex (the next morning), it wasn't the first time we did it unprotected. I have a friend who is studying sexology who told me that there was a possibility that it might just be a problem with the pH of my partner's semen, I don't know if this information can be helpful...

Hello Ma'am,
In my opinion, there is nothing to worry about (or to see a doctor). The symptoms you are experiencing are very similar to those of yeast vaginitis.
As your friend said, the presence of semen in the vagina can change the pH and leave more room for an infection like the one you have.
To fix the problem, simply stop by the pharmacy and get the Canesten™ product.
The problem should be fixed in less than 4 days. If not, I recommend that you see a doctor at that time.
Happy day,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
