If I test negative for STIs (including HIV) 3-4 weeks after contact (only unprotected oral sex) is it 100% safe?

Or should I be tested again (full sex with condom). This is from 2019. Thank you

I want to make sure this result is reliable because my boyfriend and I want to remove the condom.

Hello Ma'am,
I'm not sure I understand. You say the sexual relationship was in 2019. Was the test also done in 2019?
If so, I can confirm that 3 to 4 weeks is not long enough for the test to be considered 100% reliable. I invite you to do another one before removing the condom.
