I have kidney pain, what should I do?

I waited too long to take the antibiotics for a UTI...I started having pain in my kidneys I can't get an appointment with my doctor until this Saturday. Should I go to the emergency room? The pain is quite present without fever

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles! Unfortunately, if you have lower back pain you will indeed need to see a doctor at a walk-in clinic or in the emergency room.
