Can I take alcohol-free NyQuil (for children) while pregnant?

Hello, I am 8 months pregnant, I have a flu but I am very asthmatic and my sore throat that prevents me from sleeping is starting to be unbearable

This type of product is not recommended during pregnancy.
If your only symptom is a sore throat, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is the first line of treatment.
I also suggest lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend if needed, for local throat relief.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a physician. In the meantime, please contact your pharmacist to confirm the continuation of your inhalers, if necessary.
