Can I take Nuvaring continuously?

I have been taking Nuvaring (contraceptive) for over 2 years now. Would it be possible to take it continuously for 2 months? Kind of like the pill. I always took it off after 21 days to get my period. This summer I'm doing a lot of wilderness camping, so it's very complex to manage my period... Since I've been taking Nuvaring, I've been extremely regular. Everything is going great, I love taking it and I've never had any complications. I am 22 years old and before taking Nuvaring, I used to take the pill, but I often forgot it, which doesn't happen with the ring. Great I'll do that then! A big thank you

After 21 days, a new ring will be inserted rather than taking a 7-day break To ensure that your contraception is effective, it is important to always have a ring in place for a minimum of 21 consecutive days and never to be without a ring for more than 7 consecutive days between 2 rings.
