Can I take nutricap while breastfeeding? Is it normal to lose so much hair after giving birth?

Hello, I am 4 1/2 months post partum and my hair loss is very intense. If not, is there anything else that could help me?

Hello,
Nutricap is compatible with pregnancy. However, you should know that if your Nutricap contains biotin among the ingredients, it may interact with certain laboratory results during a blood test. Therefore, you should stop taking Nutricap at least 72 hours before a blood test.
If your hair loss occurred after childbirth and is not localized in one place, it may be caused by telogen effluvium. This important hair loss happens within 3 months after giving birth. It is caused by stress and hormonal changes. Telogen effluvium usually resolves itself within 6 months.
