When should I see a doctor if I have spotting?

Vaginal bleeding between menstrual cycles Hello, since last Wednesday I have vaginal bleeding (spotting) especially when I wipe myself and a little on the towel. My last period was on October 30. Usually I am regular in my cycles. I am 39 years old. During my cesarean section in April 2021 I had a massive hemorrhage. My two uterine arteries were severed.

Good morning, ma'am,
Although the situation can be quite unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as the bleeding remains light and temporary
Bleeding can sometimes occur following an episode of illness or vaccination, stress, fatigue, change of schedule, or even without any discernible reason.
If the bleeding remains light, just monitor the situation. If it exceeds 2 weeks, I recommend consulting a doctor, as a precaution.
I remain available if you have any further questions
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
