What can I take for a very dry, raw nose if I am pregnant?

Hello, I am 21 weeks pregnant and for the past two weeks, I have had an extremely dry nose. I use my hydrasense daily. On the other hand, my nostril wings are very raw and painful, to the point of bleeding. Is there an ointment that I could apply to calm the irritation?

Good morning, ma'am, A nasal moisturizing spray like Rhinaris and other brands can be used, or a moisturizing gel like Secaris or Rhinaris gel, among others. These can be used as often as needed during the day. If the air in your home is dry, for example because of the air conditioning, I suggest using a humidifier which could also help prevent this problem.
