I have a very dry nose and I am pregnant. What can I do about it?

I am 14 years pregnant and since the beginning of my pregnancy I have a very dry nose that crusts with blood and gets blocked at night. I put rhinaris but it doesn't help me and it really hurts to have this dry feeling in my nose. What can I do?

Hello, rhinaris is generally a good choice, it comes in different formulations: spray or gel.... the gel is generally a little more moisturizing. There is also the ''rhinaris nozoil'', based on sesame oil, which could be tried... Also, you could try putting a humidifier in your room, that should improve the situation.
